Johanna + Nathan | Keibler Wedding | Matthews, North Carolina
Johanna is one of those effortlessly beautiful people. We met one evening after work in a dimly lit starbucks to talk all things wedding. Listening intently to her describe her family dynamic was nothing short of a Hallmark Christmas Story. The bond between her and her sister, her niece, her parents. I knew it was meant to be.
That connection for us strengthened through her planning process as I helped execute her vision down to every last detail. She was the perfect bride and I cannot wait to see the many years of happiness that follow this wonderful couple and beautiful family.
The Engagement Story
“We were walking back from a wonderful evening attending the Charlotte Symphony Christmas concert in Uptown. He asked the security guard to take a picture of us in front of one of those over-sized, beautifully decorated Christmas trees in the lobby. I turned around to face her and he was still facing me and that's when he said "Baby, I love you" and started to pull the ring box out of his jacket and got down on his knee. Lots of happy tears! I knew we were heading towards engagement, but I didn't know when/where/how--so it was an absolutely perfect surprise!”
