All balloon activity is weather dependent. Tickets and session fee are both non-refundable as we'll still complete a carnival themed mini session if balloons do not launch. Session will begin in late afternoon; official appointment time to be determined after booking and festival schedule released. All mini sessions are completed on the ground, not during a ride.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure session. Space is limited to six, 15 minute time slots. Approximately 10-25 images will be delivered in online gallery, including print release.
